今夜は、パイナップルを使って、ハワイアンなスペアリブです。
パイナップルでお肉も柔らかくなるしね！
フルーティーなソースを作って、付け焼きしました。
他にマッシュポテト、ペペロンチーノ、ブロッコリーとパプリカのサラダを
添えて出来上がり。
今日も栄養、ボリュームたっぷりでした～！
