珍味で

何時も神ちゃんのご飯の材料に使っている鶏肉の砂ずりを使って
おかずにしてみました。
薄くスタイスしてゴマ油で炒め、たっぷりのみりんとお酒を加えた
醤油で味付け。
かいわれと七味なんかトッピングすれば、お酒のおつまみにいいかもよ！

なかなかの珍味という感じかなぁ・・・。
確かにお酒のおつまみにいい感じですね(*^。^*)
