先日、お客さまから沢山の蓮根を頂きました。
まだ泥が付いたままの新鮮な蓮根です。

早速、おかずの一品に。
輪切りにした蓮根に小麦粉をふってよう、多めの油で揚げるように炒めます。
蓮根が焼けたら余分な油を切ってキクラゲを入れ、さっと炒めて五穀醤油だれを絡めました。
お酒のおつまみにもいけそうよ。
