そろそろ実りの秋

心配しましたが我が家のお米も黄色く変わりかけ穂に実が入りかけました。
８月後半の日照不足で早場米がダメージを受けていますがこれから台風が来なければ天気も良くなってきたので晩成米は期待が持てそうです。
９月に入って例年ほど暑くは無いので夜のデンプン形成も期待が出来ます。よく太った艶のあるお米になることを願っています。
