一昔前より咲くのが早くなったと思う我が家の庭先の禊萩（みそはぎ）ですが近頃まで花が付いていました。

以前は８月のお盆に仏壇に供えていたのですがその頃にはもう先に咲いた花が枯れかけているので最近ではお盆に供えたことはありません。

でも意外と９月下旬まで先端の方は花は残っていました。
