我が家は辛いもの好き。
胡椒やカラシにわさびや生姜などの消費量は大変多いです。
で、唐辛子類は七味ではなく一味ですが最近この唐辛子は我が家で栽培したものを乾燥させて高速粉砕機で粉にして終わり。

無くなれば何時でも加工ができるので唐辛子は毎年栽培しています。赤く熟したら収穫して十分乾燥させて冷蔵庫で保存しておくだけ。
