夕食は粥
今日の夕食はランチのときに持ち帰りで注文した粥
なんかいい感じ
お腹は膨れたけど、すぐに消化されそう

昔、横浜の中華街で食べた粥が懐かしいな。
今もあるんだろうな。

少し塩分を感じる
多分ピータンとチキンの塩分だろう

はやく貧血を治さないと
疲れるし、不安だから
