(1) Offering tasks that customers don't want to do themselves.
(2) Providing products or services that help customers reduce costs.
(3) Offering products or services that boost our customers' revenues.
These three factors can be simplified as the keys to customer satisfaction. Now, it's time to consider whether the products or services we provide align with these factors.
(1) Offering tasks that customers don't want to do themselves: Taking on cumbersome tasks or challenging projects that customers prefer to avoid and handling them smoothly can be highly beneficial to our customers. For instance, providing specialized knowledge or skills can relieve customers of burdensome responsibilities.
(2) Providing products or services that help customers reduce costs: Proposals that enable customers to save money are greatly appreciated. Offering efficient products or energy-saving services can contribute to cost reduction.
(3) Offering products or services that boost our customers' revenues: Approaches that help our customers grow their businesses and increase revenue are particularly attractive to them. This includes effective marketing strategies, revenue-boosting tools, or strategic advice.
Ultimately, it's crucial to assess which of these factors your business aligns with and strive to provide work that truly adds value to your customers. Meeting customer needs and expectations and building a business that delights customers are keys to success in independent endeavors.
