冬型の気圧配置が続いています。
東京は空気がとても乾燥していて
朝から富士山がくっきりと浮かび上がりました。
今年も残り4日です。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・きんぴらレンコン
・スズキのお刺身
・里芋のあんかけ煮
・ウズラの卵の串揚げ
・一口餃子
・ほうれん草のおひたし＋ゆず
・オニオンスープ
・冷や奴

いつもながらみごとなお料理で、声も出ません。
ほうれん草のゆずや、すずきのカイワレ等、豆腐嫁さんの細やかな気配りがひしひしと伝わりますね。
