2月11日【朝の献立】
今日で東日本大震災から11カ月。
今朝は震度５ぐらいの地震に遭った夢を見ました。
実際に東京でも震度３の地震がありました。
大地震によって命の危険に見舞われ、財産を失い
交通が遮断され電気もガスも水道もない
暗闇の避難生活と背中合わせで生活していることを
片時も忘れてはいけないと思います。

【朝の献立】
・目玉焼き＋コロッケ
・きんぴらぼごう
・ジャガイモとさつま揚げのそぼろあんかけ
・大根とワカメのスープ
・白米＋雑穀米＋梅干し
・お茶
◆青汁◆

【昼】
・レーズンロールパン
・チョコクッキー
・珈琲

もしもの時は一瞬で苦しみもなくっていうのがいいですね。
