朝から抜けるような青空
東京は真夏の日差しが降り注ぎました。
都心の最高気温は35℃に迫りました。
四国から関東地方、梅雨明けです。

・茄子と豚肉の炒めもの
・生ハムとセロリのサラダ
・鶏ささみときゅうりのサラダ
・ほっけの塩焼き
・枝豆
・茄子とキュウリの浅漬け
・野菜スープ
・冷や奴
