東京は雪に弱い都市です。
物流に大きな影響を及ぼす交通網のマヒ
今日の都市部の交通渋滞はこれまでに経験しないほど酷いものでした。
首都高（5号線）の通行止は今も続いています。
開通に向けて除氷作業が続いてます。
