4月29日【昼の献立】
今日からゴールデンウィークです。
しかし、前日飲み過ぎて朝は出遅れてしまい。
昼に近い朝食となりました＾＾；


【昨夜・帰宅後】

☆豆腐☆
・納豆＋ちりめんじゃこ＋万能ねぎ

★芋焼酎★

【昼の献立】
・ごぼうと昆布と油揚げの煮物
・アジのひらき
・もやし炒め
・ブロッコリーとベーコンの梅味噌和えサラダ
・キャベツにんじんごぼうと玉ねぎと豚肉の
　みそスープ
・ふかし芋
・ご飯＋海苔の佃煮

ごぼうと昆布と油揚げの煮物は我が家の定番煮ものです･･･。


今日は動物性たんぱく質がないですね･･･。
