・かぼちゃの天ぷら
　（鹿児島産かぼちゃ）
　　＜オリーブオイル、小麦粉、片栗粉、牛乳＞
・焼き魚
　（サーモン）
・さやいんげんの胡麻和え
　（さやいんげん、油揚げ）
　　＜白すりごま、そばつゆ＞
・小松菜のおひたし
　（小松菜、みょうが、しらす）
・キャベツの炒め物
　（キャベツ、にんじん、椎茸、豚小間）
　　＜にんにく、オリーブオイル、醤油、オリゴ糖、そばつゆ、焼き肉のタレ＞
・そら豆
　　<塩ゆで>
