ここではラムはエクアドル、キューバ、ジャマイカのもの等を使用。
沢山あるので今回は”HABANA CLUB”をリクエスト。
ソーダにアイスキューブとレモンを絞ったもの。　ミントは予めすりつぶし、茎までたっぷり入れるようだ。

この茎まであるミントが、なかなか入手できないのだ。。。
