ブルイックラディ蒸留所のマスターディスティラーであるジム・マッキュワンが長年思い描いていた“アイラ・ドライジン”。
BOTANIST（植物学者）とネーミングされた実に美味いジンなのだ。
フルーツの香りだが、のど越しはドライで、後味はもう一度フルーツ。
アイラ・ジンというジャンルそのものがよくわからないが、30種類の香草の調合は絶妙！！！
