いよいよ今日になりました。

第７回エコ フェスタｉｎ千葉 　チェンソーカービング ２０１０　10月10日、11日

９時出発。私の出番(ジャグリング)は12時頃です。
見かけたら声かけてくださいね。

・・・今仕事帰り、早く寝ます。

体重、体脂肪率
昨日の朝　66.2kg 、18.9%
今　　　　　66.3kg 、18.5%
