朝：
みそ汁

胡瓜の浅漬け
＊具無茶碗蒸し


　

昼：
きつねうどん
トマトコロコロサラダ
オレンジゼリー
カルシウム牛乳
＊おにぎり


　

夕：
ナスのはさみ揚げ
胡瓜とイカの酢の物
すまし汁
果物



お昼、メニューに無いおにぎりがあったから夕方までギリどうにかなったが、
うどんだけなんていくら病院でも足りないっしょ？　

そろそろ眼下のラーメン屋に・・・・＾＾
