All without going outside today... All without going outside today!!!
No Climbing ...
It is raining all day today and I could not go play golf for the first time today. Instead I did exercise in house ... I manage to walk as much as I do every day and little more. I also was able to do the sit-up for the first time since the surgery. I am so happy.
