I just saw it on the news (NHK). Japanese government is preparing for warmer climate. The Environment Ministry estimates that average temperatures in Japan at the end of the 21st century will rise as much as 4.4 degrees Celsius from late-1990s levels, even with strict precautions.
This is the first time I heard any government saying to get ready for this change instead of how we can stop this.
The printer I used since 2005 died yesterday. I can replace the head of the printer but I figure red it worked enough, so I decided to replace this printer.

I will be traveling to japan next Tuesday. I will be arriving in Tokyo and stay there until weekend. I will be traveling west to Kobe and come back to tokyo on Friday. I will be playing two rounds of golf and few business meetings. I'm looking forward for good inexpensive meals.
