このボトルは、「特選」　の方です。

酎州大分さん絶賛の大分麦焼酎、それも全麹です。


「全量麹仕込み」　は本格焼酎の伝統である麹による仕込みを、
1次、2次とも全量麹で行う手間ひま掛けた贅沢な製法です。

大分県日田市に高付加価値原酒の製造蔵として　「いいちこ日田蒸留所」　を2002年に開く。


大麦麹だけを原料にする　「全量大麦麹仕込み」　

かぐわしい香り、深くやさしい旨み、麦焼酎の傑作です。


坂本冬実が歌う、いいちこ日田全麹のCMです。
