鳴門真サバのお造り

天然鳴門鯛の三枚下ろしの画像が多かったので、
鳴門真サバを捌く画像をここでアップします。
型も鮮度も抜群! 鳴門で釣ってきたばかりです。
プロの〆かたをしてますので、この時間がまさに食べごろ。
マスターの包丁捌きは芸術的です。
みなさん、見惚れていました。
サバの刺身は、滅多に食べれません。 (普通はキズシで食べますから)
