日本海酒造のある島根県浜田市三隅町は、
三隅川の伏流水・県内で生産される酒造好適米・冬季の日本海からの寒風など、
どれもが酒造りに適した土地柄です。

辛口のキレの良さの中に、原酒ならではのコクと、純米原酒ならではの濃醇な味。

まさに、「超辛口！」　今までにあるようでなかった新感覚の飲み口です。

ただ、この酒は飲み手により好みが分かれるところ。

　　★おいさん的には、新感覚というよりも古い造りの酒と見た。
