ひやおろしは冷で飲んでも美味しいのですが、燗もまた旨い！　（かこもにて）

春に搾った生原酒を一度火入れ（瓶燗）した　“無濾過原酒”　です。

夏の間にじっくりと定温で熟成されることにより　「雁木」　ならではのまろやかな味わいになっています。
