船中八策槽搾り・黒は、モロミまでは通常の　「船中八策」　と同じですが、
「搾り」　以降を大吟醸レベルの造りをしています。

搾りは昔ながらの　「槽搾り」

荒走りと責めを除いた　「中取り」　のみを使用

瓶詰め後に1回のみ　「瓶火入れ」　を行い急冷

マイナス5℃以下の冷蔵庫にて　「瓶貯蔵」

『龍馬がゆく』　で司馬遼太郎氏が　「一升半飲んでから口中にほのかな甘味を生じ……」
と表現した酒は、酒豪土佐人が水のごとく飲み干す端麗辛口。
