これが本物のししゃも！　北海道十勝広尾産です。

無添加加工の美味しい、高級珍味。

若ししゃもは、新鮮で脂乗りが良い、一年目のシシャモです。

焼かずとも、そのまま食べられます。

六甲道ブログさんの北海度土産でいただきました。
