角打ちの定番は、乾き物と缶詰です。

その缶詰の中でも最近はイワシの高値で高級になったこれ。

人気なのですが角打ちでは高級缶詰。

「イワシの油漬」　と言いますが　「オイルサーデン」　とも言いますね。

これは珍しい、タイ産の　『イワシの油漬』　です。

油を少し抜いて、醤油をたらして缶詰ごと焼きます。

　　★ノルウエーの　「キングオスカーオイルサーディン」　に引けを取りません。
