アメリカから導入されたエンドウ豆の種類です。

スナックエンドウとも言われ、この時期が旬です。

大分では、スナップエンドウと呼びます。

エンドウ豆は今が旬、エンドウ豆御飯がいいですが、お嫌いですか！
サヤエンドウのゴマ和えも好きです。
