「岡山産黒枝豆の塩茹で」　かこものマスターの友人が作ったものです。

宮城県の北西部、加美町で明治29年創業。

7代目蔵元杜氏伊藤大祐氏が立ち上げた専門店のみに出荷するブランド。

宮城の新進気鋭・山和シリーズ、長期低温発酵・素濾過による力強さの中にも淡麗かつ、綺麗な仕上がり。

宮城県の酒造好適米である蔵の華を６０％精米して醸した純米酒です。
