一夜干しの三部作の最後の料理です！

アオリイカ！地域によりその呼び名が異なるイカです。

九州ではミズイカ(水いか)、モイカとも言う地域も。

イカの王様とも言われる高級イカです！

刺身でも美味しいのですが、一夜干しすると更に旨い！
