愛媛県産松山三井１００％使用で醸した酒です。

明治３４年（１９０１年）に創業者 首藤重助氏が創業した現在で５代続く酒蔵です。

酒名である　「寿喜心（すきごころ）」　は　「喜びごと、めでたい席で心穏やかに飲まれること」　を願って命名。

四国酒まつりに出ていた酒です。今回は試飲してません。残念。西条は水どころです。酒どころですね。

西条の酒はどれも美味しいですね。
特にこれは飲み口がよく美味しかったですよ＾＾
