フグのヒレ酒です！

この日はあの暑さから打って変わって肌寒く熱燗が！

そこでヒレ酒が進みます！　香ばしくて美味しいです！

仲居さんがその都度、火を付けてくれます。

　★お酒は、我が郷土の八鹿酒造の　「笑門」　縁起がいいとの事で使ってるとか。
