時知らずルイベ！ 時知らずルイベ！

これは知床産の　「トキシラズ鮭」　です。

時知らずは活鮭でもそのまま生で食べるよりは冷凍させて　「ルイベ」　で食べるほうが美味しい！

　　★脂が乗り、まさに鮭の大トロを食べてるような味です。
