「山くらげ」　の漬物！

ステムレタスを干したものです！

ステムレタスは中国が原産の野菜で茎レタスとも呼ばれ、
茎ちしゃ、掻きちしゃがこの仲間になります。
茎を主に食べ、アスパラガスのような味がすることからアスパラガスレタスとも呼ばれています。
