抜酒（ばっしゅ）とは、東海三県の地酒屋10数軒の店主が全国の蔵元からからサンプル品を取り寄せ、
銘柄やスペックにとらわれず純粋に旨さだけを求めて販売している酒。　

その抜酒の定番酒です。
