冷やおろし解禁日は！

解禁日は９月９日（重陽の節句）になります！

本来　「冷やおろし」　の解禁日は９月９日（重陽の節句）と日本酒酒造組合では申し合わせていますが、
昨今それは形骸化されていて、早い蔵では8月に発売します。

夏酒と冷やおろしの境界線が無くなっているのが現状です。
これは誰よりも早く販売したいと言う商魂からでしょうか・・・？

　★大分県宇佐市にある小松酒造場もこの9月1日から出荷分をはじめました。
