キムチには様々な具材を使ったキムチがあり、その数は200種類以上あると言われています。
　　　白菜キムチ類、大根キムチ類、キュウリキムチ類、その他野菜キムチ類、
　　　海藻類キムチ類、魚介類キムチ類、その他のキムチ。

『大阪鶴橋　通の味』　関西で一番売れてる高麗食品（大阪市生野区）のキムチです！

『吉野家』　牛丼の吉野家のキムチです。漬物で有名な備後漬物（広島県福山市）が作っています。
