ご存知！　串カツの一度漬けです。

一度漬けで足らなければ、串カツに添えてるキャベツを使いソースを継ぎ足します。

店みせの独自配合のソースがあり、その店の看板になっています。

　　　★やや大き目のソース壷がテーブルに置いてます。
