今が旬の　「わかめ」　です。

ほんの僅かな期間、生わかめとして市場などで売り出されます。

地元神戸の新わかめは明石浦産です。

生わかめをさっと湯通しすると鮮やかな緑色に変わります。

　　★食感が良くとても美味しいです♪　一味をかけてポン酢で頂きます♪
