この時期になりますと　「ひやおろし」　から　『新酒30BY』　各蔵元から出荷されます！

これは先日発売（10/22)されたばかりの今年度さんのお米を使い醸された新酒です！

　『吉乃川　新酒』　　吉乃川酒造　（新潟県長岡市）
　　　　※新潟県産新米仕込の新酒。 フレッシュで旨い！

　【BYとは】
　　酒造年度、または製造年度といい、7月1日から翌年の6月30日までをいう。
　　 英語でBrewing Year （Brewery Year）　ということから　「BY」　と略される。
