蒲江産の片口イワシの酢漬け。

マスター曰く、「原価はほぼタダです！」　作る手間だけとか！

漁師からただで山程もらうそうです！　漁師はこの片口イワシは使わず捨てるそうです！
　　　　　※要するに雑魚！　イリコ業者は商品化しますが！

　　　★メニューにはありません。　特別にサービスで出してくれました♪
