オイルサーディン♪

オイルサーディンは酒の肴の中では定番のアテです❗

日本酒にもワインにもまた焼酎やウヰスキーにも合う万能の肴です❗

これは、ばっくすのメニューのひとつオイルサーディンです。

醤油味でおろしニンニクがたっぷり入っていてとても美味しい♪

　★オリーブ油とイワシ、醤油とニンニクがミックスされたソースには
　　クラッカーやフランスパンがよく合います❗♪
