今夜の酒肴は味噌漬けにした豆腐と冷凍黄卵です！

前回の味噌漬け豆腐はやや甘かったので辛くして漬け直しました！

今回は抜群に旨い！　濃厚なチーズのよう酒のアテには最高です！

卵は冷凍して黄身だけを味噌漬けにしました！

これもウニのように濃厚な味で酒の肴には最高です！

　★今回はどちらも一週間ほど漬け込みました。
