右から　「間引き菜のキムチ」　... 右から　「間引き菜のキムチ」　「小松菜のキムチ」　「小松菜の炒めもの」 小松菜でキムチ作り！ 小松菜でキムチ作り！

新鮮な良い　「小松菜」　が手に入ったので、キムチを作ることに！

半分は茎の部分をキムチに、葉の部分を胡麻油とニンニク醤油で炒めました！

もう一つは　「間引き菜」　で作ったキムチです！
