友人が日本棚田100選に撰ばれてる別府市内成地区で作った
天日乾燥の原木椎茸と北海道産の根昆布を使って！

椎茸と昆布の佃煮を作りました！♪
もちろん！醤油は大分産です！

椎茸と昆布が良いので美味しく出来上がりました！♪　

もちろん！椎茸の芯も椎茸の戻し汁も使い煮込みました！♪
