大分の人気居酒屋「かみ風船」です❗

ここで大分は郷土料理の「りゅうきゅう」を❗

魚のぶつ切りを出汁醤油に漬け込んだ料理です‼️😁

魚は刺身で食べる新鮮な物ならどんな魚でもいい✨

鯛、ブリ、カンパチ、シマアジ、サーモンなど❗

少し甘辛く味付けした醤油にゴマ、生姜、大葉、ネギ等の薬味を入れます❗

お酒のアテには最高に美味しい‼️😋✨

フグのシーズンに入りました！豊後トラフグを捌いています！今季は高いらしい‼️

　✴️お酒は亡き寛ちゃんが大好きだった「なしか！麦」を❗😁
