神戸ではあまり出回らない赤エイが大分のスーパーに出てました‼️

さっそく肝と一緒に煮付けにしました‼️😁
この肝がおいしいのです😋

子供の頃はよく食べました✨

天草の真珠養殖場にいた頃
真珠貝掃除のあと魚がたくさん寄ってきて手釣りで釣ってました‼️

赤エイが寄って来ると鯵や黒鯛（チヌ）が逃げます！

釣り上げた魚は夜の晩酌、球磨焼酎のアテとして飲んでいました😃💕
