大分県のブランド和牛！

A4・5等級以上の豊後和牛を「おおいた和牛」といいます‼️😁

そのおおいた和牛のA5等級のもも肉ブロックを使って

ローストビーフをつくりました‼️

少し焼きすぎましたが柔らかくて脂の乗りがバランスよくて美味しい😋
