日本の冬は牡蠣フライなのだ
生で少しいただき、日曜日の朝は牡蠣フライにしてみました。
我が家ではあまり衣を付けず、フライパンでソテーのようにして作ります。
生でOKなので、あまり固くならないうちにいただきます・・・・
