Bloguruの写真のコメントを見やすくする

BloguruはHTML-TAGが自由に使える便利なBlogです。

最近、写真のコメントと本文との境界がわかりにくいとの指摘があり、
早速、白抜き反転の文字で書き込めるようにしました。

以下、青と赤の下地に白抜き文字での表示のTAGです。
写真コメントは中央と左寄せがあるので、文字は中央表示も可能です。
幅は数値で指定します。
